Branch Hour Updates

January 14, 2021 – Beginning on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, due to the rising number of active cases of COVID-19 in our communities, all Jeff Bank office transactions will be limited to Drive-Up stations.  Lobby services, including safe deposit box access, account opening and loan closings will be conducted by appointment only.  Please remember that all digital services remain available for your banking needs including: ATM, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Telephone Banking, Online/Mobile bill payment and electronic account opening for certain types of consumer deposit accounts.  All offices will continue to operate with normal business hours and all offices have ATMs and Drive-Up stations.  Should you find the need for a lobby service, please contact the respective branch office by phone to set up an appointment or the main office at (845) 482-4000.

This precautionary measure is being taken for the safety and well-being of our customers and our employees.  We continue to monitor the COVID-19 health crisis daily and are following the guidance of the New York State Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control.

June 5, 2020 – Jeff Bank is pleased to announce that we will reopen branch office lobbies beginning on Monday, June 15th, on a limited basis. We all look forward to seeing our customers and returning to some sense of normalcy. This is the first step towards that goal. Lobby hours will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) and from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday (for those branches which are open on Saturday). During all other business hours, our lobbies will be available by appointment only. We continue to encourage the use of our drive-up stations, on-line banking, mobile banking, ATMs and telephone banking as alternatives to in-person lobby visits during this pandemic.

For everyone’s safety, both customers and employees will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing while visiting our branch lobbies. Customers will not be permitted to enter the lobby without a face covering. Customers will be greeted at the door by an employee and will be asked to lower their face covering for identification purposes. There will be limitations on the number of customers permitted to enter each branch at any one time and acrylic shields will be in place in all teller windows.

We appreciate your patience as we reopen lobby services and ask that you continue to practice good hygiene and avoid entering the lobby if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. We look forward to seeing you all soon and wish you and your families good health.
