COMMUNITY BRANCH MANAGER  - LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY

We are looking for a qualified and motivated customer service professional to run our Loch Sheldrake office.

Qualified candidates should have experience in developing new deposit and loan business; provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, staff motivation and effective interpersonal communication skills. 

This person should have a proven record of achieving individual and professional goals, through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.  The perfect candiate is a strong exemplary leader with experience in coaching, training and supervising.
     
Our Branch Managers are responsible for attaining established bank and branch goals  through active participation in management and officer call programs.  As well as participate in community affairs.
